Double room on south side of harrogate to let

Double room available for a short to medium term let.

Partly furnished- Bed provided, Large double wardrobe provided/ but half the wardrobe will have some of my things in it. ( it’s a big wardrobe with 3 sections)

WIFI and all bills included.
The house is located in a lovely side of harrogate close to Leeds Road.

Lovely modern living room, kitchen with dining table, garden, downstairs toilet. Shared space.
I am looking for a very particular tenant for this to work for everyone as you would be living with myself and my 6 year old daughter. My daughter is very chilled and well behaved but you would need to be ok with that. I want to add that she is away one night mid week and every other weekend.

I have my own en-suite bathroom so i use that mainly, however you would be sharing the house bathroom with yourself and my daughter and i use it occasionally.

There is a double drive way so you have your own off street secure parking.

I work from home full time, the person who is moving in would need to be working full time out of the house for this reason. I also require female only as you can understand why with having a child etc.

No smokers, but vape would be fine. No pets , we do already have a small cute cavapoo dog tilly, but i can't have any more pets in the house.

If someone is moving in , they would need to comit to a minimum of 3 months.
