13 Months Tenancy Takeover

I need to move back to my home city due to some urgent family issues and I am looking for someone who is willing to do a 13 months tenancy agreement from September 2024 to October 2025. The property is managed by YPP and there will be a £150 fee to complete the takeover which I am happy to pay. The new tenant must earn 30x the rental price per annual which is £21450. The property is two minutes of walk away from the train station and five minutes of walk from the bus station so it is ideal for someone who needs to commute for work. The property comes with induction stoves, a refrigerator, an fan-assisted oven, a washing machine, one dining table, two dining chairs, a working deck, a wall-mounted Samsung TV, a wardobe and a bed with mattress. I also have some furniture that can be sold at a discounted price. Please feel free to ask for more info. No smoking and vaping in the flat. No pets. Parking space can be rented at extra cost.
