Spacious rooms available near King's Road

2 double bedrooms are available in our terraced house just off King's Road. Both rooms are very spacious and are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.
There is a communal living room, kitchen, bathroom, and an additional second loo.
The kitchen has a washing machine, dryer and large American style fridge freezer.
The living room has a large tv with free access to virgin media and netflix.
There is a small front garden and larger rear patio. The patio is enclosed with a table and chairs, it also has a small shed suitable for locking away bikes.
All bills are paid for, including broadband. The house is for working individuals. There are currently 2 female tenants who have been at the house over 3 years.
