This comfortable room is well located, with bright, spacious living space and a kitchen to share. The double bedroom comes with a desk and storage, while the shared bathroom is also a good standard.

The home is a maisonette with a bench on the balcony which is great for coffee in the morning. It's a quiet location not far from the independent shops of the King's Road, with the town centre and green space nearby. Off-street parking is easily available.

The cost includes council tax and utiliies, though utilities will need to be reviewed if heating goes up considerably.

Sometimes I travel for work so won't always be home. I'm hoping to share my home with someone who can enjoy it, and who likes to keep things nice and clean.
