The bedroom is ensuite with the added advantage of a separate adjacent living room / study to enable independant living and / or the ability to work from home if needed.
The large kitchen with centre island and utility room are shared with the landlord, but with separate oven and fridge for the tenants sole use.
A dog lover is prefered as the landlord has a lovable Standard Poodle who enjoys affection and occasional walks in the nearby country lanes if interested.
All utilities and wifi are included in the monthly rent
