House Share with Young Female Professional

5-10 min walk to Harrogate town center.

I have am looking for a young professional to rent on a long term or short term stay. Available from June 10th(approx)

A bright unfurnished spacious double bedroom in a 2 bedroom yorkshire brick terrace house on Ashfield Terrace, Harrogate.

There will be a new kitchen fitted within the next month and the whole house is being newly decorated to a high standard.

Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. I am the only other person living there, i am 20 and work as a recruitment consultant in Harrogate town center. I have horses so they tend to take up alot of my time.

Ideally i am looking for someone who works hard but enjoys going out in harrogate for drinks and being social.

Bills included; rent, water, gas, electric and broadband inc.
