Hi,

I'm Rob, I have two spacious rooms available in my three bedroom house, situated just a short walk from the famous Stray and Harrogate town centre.(Betty's Tea Rooms 7 minutes Walk)

The Location . . . .
It is also in a great location for all the major supermarkets; Asda,(2 minutes Walk) Morrisons, Sainsburys and Waitrose all within a short drive.

Across the Road is a convenience store open till 11pm, A Good Chinese & Indian Take-a-way & also two Pizza places that I haven't tried, all within a minutes walk.

If you like your food, then take a 5 minute stroll across the stray towards Christ Church you reach the friendly "Empress on the Stray" that serve up a fantastic Sunday Carvery!

The House . . . .
The communal areas all come fully furnished with all the usual amenities including washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas central heating with Combi-Boiler which means instant hot water on the winter cold mornings, SKY+HD TV and broadband internet.

The house also benefits from both a front and back garden - great for bbq's if we get a summer!!

I also have a small (alarmed) Garage/Garden Room with space available for anything you might like to store such as mountain bike or even a scooter, but its not big enough for a car!

The main upstairs bathroom (shower & bath) will be solely for the use of the two occupants, so you will only have to share with one other person.

Room 1 (4. 4m x 3. 7m)
This is the bigger room out of the two facing out to the front of the house. It benefits from a large bay window, so it is always light and airy, with views of the tree lined grassed area across the road.

Room 2 (3. 8m x 2. 7m)

This is the smaller room out of the two, great for those looking for a cosy bedroom! Situated at the rear of the property, overlooking the patio and a good size window which let's lots of light in during the day.

Both rooms are painted neutral colours and come unfurnished so you can make them your own!

Parking . . . .
There are plenty of spaces to park at the front & some at the rear. At the front you can use a disc during the day (limited to 3hrs) Permits are around £15 - £20 a year. I also have plenty of "guest" permits - valid for 24 hours.

The Commute . . . .
From the house you are in easy reach of both the Bus Station (5 to 8 minutes) & The Train Station (8 to 10 minutes)
Bus services are every 7 minutes to Knaresborough, every 15 minutes to Leeds. Train Services to York & Leeds are every 30 minutes.


I also have a Staffy Bonnie, she is 18 moths old )
So if you like dogs this house is for you as she is the friendliest dog around!
