Double room in a quiet location

Hi,
The double room is approximately 10m2. It is fully furnished and overlooks the garden at the back of the house.

I live in a quiet street, not far from Hornbeam Park, near shops, rail and bus links. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, conservatory and kitchen.

I am a Languages teacher in my late fifties. I lead a busy life and if I am not tutoring, I usually go out. I do have grown-up children who come home from time to time.

At present I share my house with a professional woman in her twenties. I would say the house share works well. We are respectful of each other's privacy and generally keep things clean and tidy.
