Friendly lodger wanted for a pleasant double room I have available in my home in the leafy suburbs of Harrogate. My previous tenant recommends.

The room boasts a large double glazed window, a large newly fitted modern radiator, TV point, WiFi, fitted wardrobe, and a comfortable double bed. There is a discreet lock fitted to the door for your comfort. The room is clean and comfortable and there is space to move furniture around to suit yourself and to create a sitting area too if you like.

There is a shared sitting room. There are large gardens to the front and back. Free parking is available outside of the property. There is a bus stop just around the corner. The rent includes all bills and WiFi.
