Lovely large double room with ensuite

A large double room with ensuite in a lovely top floor flat with a lock on the door for privacy and extra security, it has full double glazing with some shared outside space , sharing with one other who has the other double room with separate bathroom.
A large fully furnished lounge with a flat screen TV, xbox, WiFi some sky TV

The flat has well equipped large kitchen with integrated appliances dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave, coffee machine slow cooker etc. the dryer is just to be used for emergencies as we have outside use of clothes lines and also clothes airers as dryers are expensive if used all the time .
The heating is serviced by a gas boiler radiators in all rooms including bathrooms , very warm flat and we have nice neighbours,
It's a two minute walk into town , train and bus station so very easy for commuting .
Harrogate boasts lots of lovely restaurants and bars.

I would like someone who respects the flat and contents and keeps it clean and tidy as I do . It's not a party house but I am sociable .
