Double bedroom in a modern town centre flat

My flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for somebody to move in! My flat is a five minute walk from Harrogate town centre, just round the corner from Asda and The Stray's on the other side a few minutes away. I have a very large living room with a dining table, large kitchen with a breakfast bar and everything you'd want in a kitchen, two double bedrooms and a lovely bathroom with a bath/shower.
