I have a double room available from the 1st September, in a 2 bedroom flat in central Harrogate. The flat is a 10 minute walk from the train station with Asda close by. Parking is available with a permit. Viewing is recommened!
The room is an unfurnished double, though a wardrobe and drawers are included. Rent is 400 per month, with bills 100-120 per month.
I am a friendly easy going guy, I work shifts at a mapping company in Knaresborough so I'm not around all the time but when I am I love to do things with others, I'm very much a people person!! I love tennis and football, and go to the gym now and again (when I'm feeling guilty for having not been in while!).
I enjoy reading, photography and films, as well as nights in or out. I am a clean and tidy person and am not noisy, so someone similar would be a bonus.
