Ten minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate.

Ample free on street parking available as well as spaces on the lane at the back of the house if this is preferable.

Fully functioning kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Family bathroom to be shared with one other housemate- bath and shower.

Shared living room. Small outside patio area with table and chairs.

The rooms is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, book case, mirror).

Family Labrador sometimes visits on weekends So must be ok with dogs.
