I'm a 44 year old divorced male, now living on own. Need lodger/housemate to help pay the bills etc. I love music, sport & tv. House has all mod cons, sky tv (including all sports channels), wireless internet, washer, dryer and spacious front room. Room to rent is a 'single' room with single bed, but fully furnished. I wouldn't say i'm the cleanest or tidiest bloke in the world but i do expect respect for the place. Other than that, i think i'm a fun roomie to live with.
