We're right in the middle of Cold Bath Rd which is a thriving area full of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops and less than 3 minute walk into the centre. The house is fully furnished/equipped and is less than a 30 second walk to Sainsbury's Express Local
5 min walk to the Betty's of Harrogate
3 min walk to Valley Gardens
12 min walk to Harrogate train station

Private live-in landlord so no need for admin charges/references etc.....

I'm 42yrs old and have an online business of 15 years where I now operate from my home office (Bedroom 2). Currently starting a new business venture so working from home.
Sensible and responsible but knows how to have fun too in for a games night or the odd night out. Other housemate (aged 24) cook in often.
Very easy to get on with, polite, helpful etc...
Often run along the Stray which is 3 minutes away and also daily trips to the local gym, cook in regularly.....
I work flexible hours Mon/Fri but work very long hours during our Christmas rush.
