Not to be missed !! £500 inc bills

Hi,

I’m looking for someone to share this beautiful flat with.
Ideally I’d like someone Mon-Fri but would consider a full time housemate if it was the right person (the monthly cost would be higher then with 50:50 split).

The place is gorgeous inside, very new and cosy and generally just feels like a nice place to live.
I work away quite a bit so you’d have the place to yourself often too.
It’s a 10/ 15 minute walk to town so really great location !
There’s a big secure garage for parking or storage, and free on street parking.

For a Mon - Fri person I’d furnish the room, but if it was a full time housemate then it would only have a double wardrobe.

I’d like to find someone who’s sociable but respectful, clean & tidy and most importantly warm & welcoming so there’s always a nice vibe at “home” ✌🏻
