A double room in a quiet, clean, comfortable house; furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, living room, garage and garden.

Amenities include: unlimited Wi-fi (BT Halo), bedding, bed linen and towels (if needed) plus housekeeping and laundry.

You should be clean, responsible and respectful of others’ property, needs and the shared spaces; male, 25+ and in full-time employment. You will be sharing with a live-in landlord, one other renter and a young cat.

Rent (£95) is payable weekly in advance and includes bills, Wi-fi, off-street parking and garage storage (for a bicycle, tools etc).

Security deposit (£95) is also payable in advance and will be retained in case of damage or in lieu of notice (1 week).
