2 Double Rooms (Single Occupancy) - £125 & £140 Pw

In a quiet, clean, comfortable house both rooms have: double bed, chest of drawers PLUS desk and chair.

There is shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, living room, garden and garage storage (for a bicycle or tools). Amenities include unlimited Wi-fi (BT Halo), bed linen, towels PLUS regular housekeeping and laundry services.

You should be clean, responsible and respectful of others’ property, needs and shared spaces; male, 25+ and in full-time employment on a regular schedule. You will be sharing with a live-in landlord, the other renter and a cat.

Rents are payable weekly in advance:
ROOM 1 - Large double with walk-in wardrobe (£140 pw)
ROOM 2 - Double with free-standing wardrobe (£125 pw)

Security deposits - £140 for Room 1 and £125 for Room 2 - are also payable in advance to secure a room and will be retained in cases of: "no-show" at start, damage and in lieu of 1 week's notice at end. Property council tax is Band C.

Haxby is 4 miles north of York city centre, near the outer ring-road with buses 1, 1A, 13/14 and 20. There are good local supermarkets, shops, fast food restaurants, cafes, pubs and a gym.
