We have a set of rooms for a lodger in a house shared with the owners, a couple in our forties.

The accommodation to let includes:
Large bedroom
Sitting room / study
Shower room
Toilet.

The shared rooms are:
Kitchen and laundry facilities
House sitting room and dining room.

All bills (electricity, heating, water, council tax etc) are included.
There is an off street parking space for 1 car and storage space for 1 bicycle.

We are located in the centre of Haxby close to a good variety of shops, cafes and pubs. We are on bus routes numbers 1, 13, 14 and 20. Haxby is close to Clifton Moor and about 15-20 minutes drive to the University or York town centre.

The rooms are furnished and newly decorated.

We are asking for a rental of £500 per month paid in advance, with a deposit of £500.
