Cosy loft room in family home

Hi :-) please take a look at our fully furnished double en-suite room with its own fridge, desk, wifi, and freeview tv.

I'm Lindsey, I live with my three daughters aged 3, 11, and 12. We would very much like a female to join us, although would consider applications from any guys who would be happy to live in a family environment. I do also have a partner who stays over some nights and I am a shift worker at the local hospital.

Haxby is a small town just north of York city centre. Haxby has many shops, pubs, restaurants etc plus a library and a dry cleaners. It offers a frequent bus service into the city too and is close to Monks Cross and Clifton Moor.

We respect and value your comfort and privacy and I would do my best to ensure that noise level is kept to a minimum. In return we would ask that you also keep noise to a minimum after 8pm and that if you a returning home late you would do so as quietly as possible! Additional guests would not be permitted without prior discussion.

Your room will contain a refrigerator but of course you would be welcome to use our kitchen facilities. Optional upgrades if required(a double bed, sky tv etc) would be available at an additional cost. Short-term lease of the room at £100 per/wk will also be considered.
