This room has recently been renovated, plenty of storage space and access to all the amenities the house has to offer.

Dish washer, washing machine, decking terrace (if the sun shines), power shower and bath tub in a shared bathroom.

Other items inhabitants are Ian & Debbie.

Absolutely no smoking ever, anywhere.

We are NOT your parents, or moral arbiters of how you choose to live.

Guests or romantic partners are welcome to stay at ver occasionally just not move in.

Our expectation is that we all keep the place clean and tidy for each other..

This is not suitable for full time WFH .
