Room to rent in luxury 4 bed roomed house in a village location. Good travel links to York and hull, Beverley, selby, pocklington, drax, goole and less than 10 mins to m62 at howden. Choice of the 2 rooms pictured, plenty of parking space and a lovely large garden. in addition to the rent I am asking £75 per month as a contribution towards bills, weekly cleaner for shared areas and council tax. You would have sole use of the bathroom as I use the ensuite. I would be willing to pro rata the rent and bill contribution for anyone who wishes to only have Monday to Friday accommodation.
I have an elderly bichon friese dog who is no bother and just likes to sleep!
I am a secondary school maths teacher so I work most evenings but there is planty of space in the house without me having to work in the living room.
The village has good amenities including baker, butcher, post office, 2 general stores, an indian, chinese, fish and chips if you aren't the cooking type!
