Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my half of the tenancy in a modern home in Huntington
The room is a spacious double room, which comes unfurnished. The house also has a large shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, all of which are furnished.
The other tenant is a friendly and very tidy PhD student looking for a young professional or fellow PhD student to join in the tenancy until August 2026. The landlord (live-out) is also very friendly and sorts out any issues that we have had straight away.
The rent does not include bills, but they are normally about £70 per month, plus council tax band B.
References will be required and subject to the landlord's approval.
