The room is available until december 2024, this is a short term rental, please don't enquire if you require the room longer.

Not suitable for Students, there are no direct bus routes to UOY from Huntington.

My house is situated in a quiet street in Huntington in York, close to monks cross shopping park, vanguard shopping park Clifton moor and a 15 mins bus ride from the centre of York, close to the ring road and the A64 with bus stops at the end of the street.

The room itself is a double room with en suite shower, wash basin and toilet, it is furnished with a double bed, TV, clothes cupboard and 6 drawers for storage. The room is on the ground floor of a Dorma bungalow, it is south facing and over looks an enclosed garden.

All bills included no hidden charges, BT Infinity broadband 76mb is also included.

Shared living room and kitchen with all the usual equipment, washing machine, cooker, microwave, etc. There is off street parking available,

I am a live in landlord so here's A little about me, I like to cook, eat out (sometimes its easier to get a nandos), have the occasional drink and a trip to the cinema. I work at home in the I. T industry and always try to help my housemates whenever I can, lifts into town, or just someone to talk to at the end of the day. I have met some very good friends being a landlord and keep in contact where possible with them all.

The room is for one person only, not for use with partners.
This is a no smoking house inside and out.
There is no EV charging Points at the house.

My partner and her child will visit from time to time but will never enter the room.
