The room is a large room currently with 2 single beds, wardrobe and table (space to add additional items as needed). TV etc included

Downstairs shared shower with toilet (and washing machine)
Use of shared living room and kitchen
WiFi (30MBit), Car parking space (1 car)
Pub around the corner
I’m easy going and friendly but also expect mutual respect for space and privacy. Happy for occasional visitors (but not to be abused).
Acceptance subject to it “feeling” right and possibly a meeting with current landlord (whose permission I have received for doing this)
