Ivy bank is a large detached property in Kirkby Malzeard, 6 miles to Ripon and Harrogate 14 miles with amazing views towards the vale of York and up towards nidderdale.
The house is 4 bedrooms separated into a self contained annex, the 3 double sized rooms sharing the main lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Then the 3rd bedroom being rented to an employee of mine.
Both rentable rooms are fully furnished with single beds, wardrobes and dressing table + chair.
House has WiFi, off street parking and the price includes all bills.
The shared lounge is as you walk into the front door leading into the kitchen / dinning room.
Outside is a front with views over the area and more private rear garden.
There is a washer and tumble dryer in the utility area as well as a basic down stairs toilet.
I’m a really easy going person who will also be using the main kitchen and work from home, sociable and respectable.
I have rented rooms in the past and due to recent change in relationship plan to rent part of the property out long term.
There’s also a campsite near the house with cafe if your feeling lazy on a weekend :)
Each room will have its own cupboard and drawer in the kitchen.
The advert says no smoking, I’m happy to take smokers but not in the house due to allergies, pets is by negotiation only. Sorry no cats but small dogs could be a possibility
