Double room, private sitting room, own bathroom

There are three private tenant rooms; a double bedroom, sitting room and shower room.

The sitting room has a smart TV and the option of a cooker/microwave, kettle and fridge for basic cooking if required. The rooms are on the ground floor of the house with access through the communal hall or kitchen.

Ideally this is a week day only let but I will consider flexible letting including weekends and short term lets for contract work.

There is free off road parking.

The house is in a picturesque village south of Harrogate and north of Leeds, five minute drive from the A61 and A659. Pannal railway station is a few minutes drive away with excellent services to Leeds, Harrogate and York. There is no village bus and no shops so a car is essential, but there is an excellent village pub!

I usually live on my own except for university holidays. I also have two well behaved dogs - the dogs have no access to the tenants rooms.
