One bedroom self-contained annex

We have a self-contained one bedroom annex available on a Monday to Friday basis. 7 day lodging is not available.

The property has been recently furnished to a high standard.

You would have sole use of a living room, bedroom, shower room, kitchen and a small conservatory. There is also a small private patio area to the rear of the property. Off-street parking is available.

We are looking for a quiet non-smoker who likes cats.

Cleaning of the property can be arranged at an additional cost, if not required, the lodger will be responsible for regularly cleaning the whole property.

We live in the main property.
