Bright double room in a friendly house.

Double room available to rent out with all bills included. House is located in quiet cul-de-sac with shops and take aways near by. Bus stop is 2 minutes away with regular buses to Harrogate. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom plus extra toilet.
Monday to Friday or part of the week let would be prefered but happy for full time let as well. Just drop me a message and we can see what would work for all of us.

I am looking for an easy going person who is tidy and respects shared arrears and other housemates.
Currently there is two of us in the house. We are both working full time and out of the house most of the time.
