Parking available in shared bays or on the street in front of the house. Bus stop is 2 minutes away with regular buses to Harrogate. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom plus extra toilet.

I am looking for an easy going person who is tidy and respects shared arrears and other housemates. Non-smokers only.
Currently there is two of us in the house; myself and one lodger. We are both working full time and out of the house most of the time. We are both friendly and often busy doing our own things. This house would suit well a professional wanting to relax in their own space.
