Hi, I’m Anne, and I have both a spacious double room and a comfortable single room available in my modern detached home in Knaresborough.

The house is clean, quiet and well looked after, making it ideal for professionals looking for somewhere that genuinely feels like home rather than a typical house share.

I share the house with Lucy, my friendly Labrador, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs. Well-behaved pets may be considered following an introduction.

I’m friendly and sociable but also appreciate everyone’s independence and privacy. I’m looking for considerate, tidy professionals who will treat the house as a home. NHS staff, doctors on rotation and people relocating for work would all be very welcome.

The house is conveniently located for Knaresborough, Harrogate, Ripon and Leeds, with excellent road links.
