Large attic room in mid-terraced property, in Calcut, Knaresborough. The house is recently refurbished with central heating and double glazing throughout. There is the benefit of off-street parking, separate entrance to the attic, comfortable lounge and large dining kitchen. All bills are included and there's Virgin media TV and free wifi. Within walking distance to centre of knaresborough, approx 10-15 mins to harrogate, good location. I am a nurse who works night shifts, so you would get the benefit of having the house to yourself often. I am easy going, am looking for a professional who is the same, however i expect the person living here to do their share of housework...!!This is not just a room, ut a house share....so excellent value....must be seen.
