I have a well sized double room for rent in the market town of Malton. The property is close to the centre of town with only a 5-10 minute walk to a supermarket, transport links and convenience shopping across the road.

The room is roughly 11ft by 13ft and is already furnished with a double sized bed and a handful of drawers for storage. It is located on the second floor of a three storey terraced house with a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining and living space all of good size.
Sadly big pets such as dogs and cats are not allowed however fishbowls, hamsters and other small pets can be considered. There is a wifi connection and use of a shared washing machine amd tumble dryer.

Rent is displayed in the advert and covers both the weekly rent and all bills for the month, and can be paid weekly or monthly depending on preference. The house is being rented through an estate agent so there are fee's to be paid for referencing checks etc.
