Own food storage and fridge/freezer space, washing machine, tumble dryer. Full kitchen facilities.

If you have your own TV then there is a Freeview socket in each room but you will need your own licence.

This is a friendly, quiet and peaceful house and several previous guests have been resident for over one or more years and consider it 'home'.

Must like cats!

I use the standard Spareroom Lodger Agreement which is signed and exchanged on first day of occupation when the first month's rental is also due.
