Small Unfurnished Double Room In Town Centre

The flat has a nice large cosy sitting room and it's own front door with a lobby for bikes. It's a lovely flat right in town next to costa and 5 minutes from the station. We have a washing machine and cooker and whatnot, will sort out wifi when you move in (not inc. in rent). I work from home sometimes, having a studio in the flat, I'm a bit bookish and a vegetarian. A cat lives here also, I would like my flatmate to not smoke and not accompany everything they do with loud music, Other than that I would like you to feel at home and contribute to a peaceful, friendly atmosphere. There are 2 small bedrooms, you can choose which one you want but you'll need to get yourself a bed!
