Furnished double room available in well presented house in a very quiet location in Masham. Share bathroom and kitchen, both modern and well equipped. Large garden. The town of Masham has a bustling market twice a week, pubs and restaurants and a fabulous chocolate shop.

I have a very affectionate, very fluffy cat, so am unable to take on any pets.

I work normal office hours and would be looking to rent to someone who is also working full time away from the house - though not necessarily regular office hours. I am sociable, but also like my own company. I love reading, trying to keep the garden in order and music.

I’m looking for someone who will respect my home and keep their part of it clean and tidy.
