My present lodger moved out at the end of June after 3 years. Room is available from August, a lovely furnished bedroom, with two wardrobes, chest of drawers, full length mirror. House is spacious and 3 miles from Middlesbrough town centre, Teesside university and James Cook Hospital and ten miles from Redcar and Stockton. Middlesbrough sports village is a couple of miles away and has a fantastic gym. Large living room, dining room and good-sized bathroom and kitchen. There is a bus stop two doors up. Suitable for anyone who is looking for a quiet, safe area in which to live. Parking space available. I am a quiet landlord, as a teacher I am often marking or prepping lessons. I am very easy to get on with. House is perfect for quiet studious lodgers who need to work after the working day ends 😀
