Recently renovated 3 bed house. Each room is a double. The available room is a large double bedroom, upstairs and at the back of the property. The bedroom has a double bed that also lifts up for additional storage. The property has fast broadband (900Mbps).

Included within the £420 per month is £105 that goes towards electric, gas and water bills. We do not aim to make a profit from these utilities.

Please be aware that you will need a reference to prove you are employed/a student and also from your previous landlord.

I would encourage you to talk to our current tenants with regards to our suitability as landlords. We have always maintained a healthy and respectful relationship with our tenants, and I feel confident that they would vouch for this themselves. We respond to repairs/maintenance requests quickly.

The current tenants are lovely. One is studying nursing and other physiotherapy.

There is no smoking allowed in the house.
