Recently renovated 3 bed house. Each room is a double, but downstairs room is smaller, hence the lower price. Water, gas, electric and internet bills are included. There is fast broadband and tv connection. Available from mid May, but can be reserved for September. I am a teacher, so cannot pick up the phone freely during the day.
