Available to rent is one upstairs double bedroom in a recently renovated 3 bed student house share.
The available room is a large double bedroom, upstairs and at the front of the property. The bedroom has a double bed with memory foam mattress that also lifts up for additional storage. In the room are also: a bedside table, desk, lamp, chest of drawers and two wardrobes.

Bills are included: water, electricity, gas, high speed broadband (900Mbps).
Parking is available with a permit from the council.

Please be aware that you will need proof of your student status and a reference from your previous landlord.

I would encourage you to talk to our current tenants with regards to our suitability as landlords. We have always maintained a healthy and respectful relationship with our tenants, and I feel confident that they would vouch for this themselves. We respond to repairs/maintenance requests quickly.
We highly value a good housing experience so we are looking for a friendly, tidy student that would fit in well with our other two current tenants.

Small pets will be considered (e. g. hamsters, guinea pigs).

There is no smoking allowed in the house.
