The house is just a matter of yards from the nearest shops, bars, restaurants and a mile to Middlesbrough railway station
The house has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with all facilities to make life easy for you to enjoy the time in your new house.
All bills will be included in the rental cost including Gas, Electricity, water, TV license and high speed internet
Council Tax is payable by the tenant if you don’t have an exemption.
Each room has a bed, wardrobe, desk, bed side table, chair and cool canvas art decoration.
The kitchen is equipped with plenty of storage space, fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker and hobs.
The living room has a 50 inch TV, sofa, side table plus dining room table and chairs.
