The shared living areas both have dining facilities/smart TV and Sky Tv. Super fast broadband is also supplied to the property and this is included with all other utility bills. Twice a month a cleaner comes to clean all communal areas. There is also access to a communal garden at the rear of the property.

The current tenants are all students of The University of Teeside and are very polite and quiet and considerate of their fellow tenants.
