Double room in end of terrace house with off road

Nice double bed room in end of terrace house with off road parking and garden.
Refurbished room with new bed and carpets, has benefit of gated parking area .
House is close to Port Clarence area of Stockton on Tees and would probably be better for a contractor or someone working away. I don't really care how old the person's are but would prefer working people. The owner works away a lot and probably will only be around half the time anyway. There is broadband in the house and a smart TV in the bedroom kitchen has normal stuff cooker washing machine microwave etc . Front room has TV and gas fire etc . All bills are included only provision for smokers is no smoking in the house there is an outside spot for smokers
If you are a couple the rent will be+£20 a week
I have now had numerous inquiries, much more than I expected but I feel the need to clarify a few things.
1) sorry no pets , I don't care about your sob stories !!
2) No intravenous drug user's or drunks
3) the room is fine but there will be work done to the house whilst people are there
4) The property is located on the North side of the transporter bridge and the bus services are not the best. Please bear that in mind , and remember that it's probably best if you have your own transport.
5) No smoking in the house, the garden is more than big enough for a cigarette.
