I’m the current resident of the room and I’m moving away on the 20th of June. I’m looking for who could take the room and fulfill the last month payment of July which is £350 and the £50 council tax which I’d willingly pay. No deposit for now.
If you wish to keep the room after my contract expires by August. That’s available as well. That’d be when you’d be required to pay your deposit.
