We currently have a large king size room and one double bedroom available in a spacious corner house in Middlesbrough ideal for Doctors/medical staff working or doing clinical attachments in James Cook Hospital or Roseberry Hospital.

Location location location!! It's 2 mins walking distance to the James Cook University Hospital and Roseberry Park Hospital.

All major amenities are nearby including (local transport and bus station, train station, Sainsbury's local and Costa, WHS, and M&S)

The sports complex is across the street as well for gym and sports facilities.

The house has been recently refurbished with new flooring and paint.
All safety precautions have been taken for the safety of the lodgers. (Fire door, fire exit, 2 x fire blankets, 1 x fire extinguisher, smoke and Carbon monoxide alarms)

The house has a wonderful back garden, conservatory, and washing machine with dryer.

Basic items are all provided such as iron with stand, microwave, electric kettle and communal kitchen utensils!
