2 housemates wanted, my housemates are moving out by January and I would like to keep the house.

The house comes fully furnished, is very neat, and has a great landlord.

The kitchen is equipped with a dryer and a washing machine, it also comes with a freezer and a fridge (6 compartments each).

It costs £433 a month bills inclusive, internet is steady and the agents respond quickly if there’s an issue.

The deposit is £250 if you have a guarantor.
