Double room available/ tollesby Middlesbrough

Hi I have a double room to let to a student or working person. Preferably female I am 5 minutes away from the university/ town. The bus stop is around the corner that takes you into town . It is a quiet area . Bills will be included in the rent which is paid once a month . I live here with my friendly dogs I am very easy to get along so please don’t be put off with me here I’m very friendly and won’t be in your business I’m not a nosy landlord :) bills will be included in the rent , and tenancy will be renewed every 12 weeks . Just so we are both on the same page :)
