Large double room with king-size bed , TV etc

Just to clarify as some confusion over where the house is it's actually in Stockton on Tees , the North side of the transporter bridge . It comes up as Middlesbrough but due to closure of the transporter bridge it's now much nearer to Stockton, Port Clarence is a small quiet village situated in the industrial area to the North of Middlesbrough. To be honest after 7pm the bus service is a bit scratchy.
A fairly large double room with a king-size bed, TV kettle desk chair and broadband etc provided. Always a fresh supply of linen and a good sized garden with off road parking.. house is centrally heated . Probably better for contractors working in the area than a holiday let !! Although smoking is allowed , it has to be outside in the garden ,I Don't really care about age or sex of people either as long as working or self financing I must state that I have previously had problems with unemployed people for some reason and they will not be considered sorry about that. Room is available middle of August but people can view before then if they want to . There is broadband in the house but it is the digital type , most of the time it's okay but sometimes a bit rubbish . Landlord spends a lot of time abroad due to work . If you have a car or small van there's off-road parking ,but bigger vans will not make it through the gate .
Front room is pretty basic, I don't really watch much TV but it's got a settee gas fire and some cupboards.
Kitchen is as normal really fridge freezer, range cooker , air fryer microwave, double sink washing machine kettle and cupboard space .
Bathroom is fairly new , with new sink toilet and bath , it's got a large overhead shower etc .
Not looking for any Druggies or alcoholics as I said working people will take preference over all others . the bedroom is not massively furnished or anything, bed wardrobe chest of drawers table TV kettle etc . The central heating system is brand new although could possibly do with a bigger radiator in the bedroom.
Living room has a leather sofa TV newly carpeted and some storage
And bathroom has new bath and shower and toilet etc
Garden is a bit messy at the moment mostly due to the owner working away to much , but has parking and some trees
About me ,I work as a delivery driver mostly going to France and Spain, I spend at least half of my time away on the continent, I am also really easy going and get on with most people without any problems.
