Flatmate required, shared bathroom and kitchen.

Smart 3 bedroom house in a good location in Ormesby, close to local amenities and public transport. I live there alone with a little dog at the minute, landlords are requiring someone else to move in also due to it being a 3 bedroom. I spend most of my time in my room. The living room is fully furnished but the bedroom are not and you will have free roam of the living room as I don't really use it. Kitchen and bathroom are also shared. Just looking for someone who can pay their half and keep the shared parts of the house clean. Rent is £700 PCM so £350 covers rent, then around £150-£200 for gas and electric and council tax etc. more pictures/videos available on request
