Hi, I'm Michael. Thank you for looking at my ad. I have a double room to let out. The room is beautifully decorated with a bright and warm feel to it, and it comes furnished with a double bed, chest of draws, bedside cabinet, 50 inch TV, iron and an ironing board, desk and chair. Plus built in wardbrobes that has plenty of storage space.

The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances that one may need. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom on the second floor with a shower. The house is very warm and the heating is set to go on and off throughout the day to keep the house at a set temperature throughout winter. Parking is available at the rear of the property. There is also a garage for anything that you may wish to store in there such as a bicycle. The house is situated in a great location with takeaways, restaurants, bars and local stores within easy walking distance, plus only a 20 minutes walk to Middlesbrough university. The house is fitted with Sky fast fibre broadband.

I have lived in house shares myself prior to this house so i have a good feel for how things work. With that in mind, I have tried to make the house feel like a home that anyone would be comfortable to live in. You wont find better comfort for the price.

The current occupants are myself, another male, and one female. We are all working professionals.

All bills are included in the monthly rent.
